Make Your Bucket List a Reality
Almost everyone has one, a Bucket List. You know, a list of things you want to do before you kick the bucket. One benefit of running a site like Gunaxin is that I get to check things off the bucket list on the regular. Sure I don’t make as much money as I used to, but I made a life decision to prioritize doing over having. The world is my office now, and our content magically aligns with things guys like, so we’re offered many “once in a lifetime” opportunities. Last month I watched the Brickyard 400 from Pit Row. Tomorrow I’m heading to the Rocky Mountains for the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Next month I’m hitting the road for a Northeast Baseball Road Trip. All three of those things are on my bucket list, and I get to check them off because of this site.
But what if your job doesn’t provide those opportunities for you? What if checking off items on your bucket list requires taking time off work, and paying for those amazing experiences? Then you’re going to need to make a plan. Don’t let money be the reason you never see the Grand Canyon. It isn’t enough just to make the bucket list, you have to make accomplishing items on that list a priority. Tomorrow is promised to nobody, so “get busy living”. Challenge yourself to save for and cross something major off each year from your list. What would you be willing to give up in order to make your dreams a reality? Can you shave off $100 from your monthly budget to save for your Bucket List?
